An established care organization seeks an experienced Service Manager to oversee children’s homes in Staffordshire. The role involves providing leadership, ensuring compliance with care standards, and driving team performance. Candidates should have a Level 5 qualification and extensive experience as a Registered Manager. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus performance-related bonuses.
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on-call
Qualifications: Level 5, minimum 3 years experience as Registered Manager and a Full UK Driving Licence
As part of our growth we are seeking an experienced Service Manager / Regional Manager to oversee our residential children’s homes across Staffordshire. You will lead Registered Managers, drive operational excellence and ensure our high standards of care, safeguarding and outcomes remain exceptional.
Person Specification: Experience working with children/young people with EBD and/or LD (desirable). Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and behaviour management. Compassionate, resilient and able to remain calm in challenging situations. Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins (where applicable). Willingness to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (if not already held).
