Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a highly capable team of 9 Technicians, 3 Service Advisors, and an Assistant Service Manager
  • Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction above manufacturer averages
  • Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and Group standards
  • Create and maintain a safe, positive working environment
  • Support and develop colleagues to achieve their goals and deliver business objectives

  • Has experience in a similar role, ideally within a main dealership environment
  • Can demonstrate a strong track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Possesses exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team

Compensation & Benefits
