Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Ayr is seeking a full-time Service Manager to lead our multi-franchise Service Centre. You will manage the service team, sign off work and oversee invoices, paperwork and customer details, ensuring top-tier service for our manufacturers and customers.

You will build relationships with manufacturers, maintain high quality, communicate professionally, and proactively lead in a targeted environment to drive service performance and customer satisfaction.

Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up the position as full-time Service Manager based at our Multi-franchise Service Centre in Ayr.

About the role:

You will manage our full service team supporting our branch and its customers through the various services we provide for our manufacturers and customers.

What you will do:

• Organise the service teams daily workload to ensure maximum productivity.
• Sign off all work to the required standard.
• Manage the process of invoices, paperwork and customer details.
• Provide a second to none level of service and leadership.
• Maintain, create and change in our databases.
• Build on a strong working relationship with the manufacturers.
• Be able to, maintain a high consistent quality of work.
• Communicate in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner.
• Be able to proactively lead in a targeted environment.

Your skills & experience will include:
