Park's Motor Group in Ayr is seeking a Motability Specialist to guide customers from first contact to vehicle handover, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. You will work within a friendly sales team, supported by bespoke training to excel in car sales.

The role requires Motability accreditation, great energy, organisation, and IT literacy to use modern sales tools and CRM systems. A positive, professional approach is essential for success.

As a Motability Specialist, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience. From the first hello to handing over the keys, you will support the customer’s needs as you build long lasting relationships with clientele. If you are a self-motivated individual, with admirable customer service skills to offer, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our friendly sales team in Ayr.
