Park’s Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Supervisor for our Leeds multi-franchise site. You will lead a parts team, manage administration, and ensure high standards of customer service while driving sales targets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and IT literacy; CDK knowledge is a plus. A full clean driving license is desirable as part of engagement with customers and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts operations or supervision.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales objectives.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple admin tasks.
• Proven track record of guiding a team under pressure.
• Ability to align team goals with business objectives.
• IT literacy; CDK knowledge is advantageous.
• Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.

• Coordinate daily admin duties and ensure accurate parts fulfilment.

Park’s Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Supervisor to join their highly successful team at our Leeds Multi-Franchise site.

If you are a self-motivated team leader and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.

To be successful you will:

• Have parts advisor or supervisory experience.
• Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties.
• Have a proven track record of being able to lead a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
• Be able to align your team’s goals with the company’s overall objectives.
• Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of CDK would be an advantage).
• Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.
• Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park’s management team.
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• A full clean driving license is also desirable.
