Job summary

Park’s Motor Group is seeking bright, enthusiastic individuals for a Service Advisor role at our Arbroath service centre. You will support the branch and its customers through a range of administration services provided for our manufacturers.

You will join a friendly team, handling invoices, customer details, and database updates while maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality. A strong focus on learning and personal development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Good numeracy and ability to handle diverse admin tasks.

Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individuals to take up the position of Service Advisor based in our service centre located in Arbroath.

About The Role

You will work within our friendly team supporting our branch and its customers through the various administration services we provide for our manufacturers.

What You Will Do

• Help contribute toward the team's daily workload
• Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
• Liaise directly with customers providing a second to none level of service
• Maintain, create and change our databases
• Be able to, maintain a high consistent quality of work
• Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner
• Continually develop your personal skills and knowledge

Your Skills & Experience Will Include

• The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word as well as email package
• Have an eye for attention to detail
• Be a strong confident communicator
• Have a polite and warm telephone manner
• Good numeracy skills
• Be adaptable to varying tasks
• Have a desire and willingness to learn
