Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Service Administrator to oversee the field service engineering team and ensure timely technical support. The role offers a salary of £28,000 plus Company Benefits, with Monday to Friday daytime hours from 9:00 to 17:30, and a permanent full-time contract.

The successful candidate will lead scheduling for preventative and reactive maintenance, provide outstanding customer service, and develop processes to improve service delivery within a production facility.

Qualifications

• A service, operations, planning or administration background within a engineering industry, ideally as a maintenance engineer within a production facility.
• Experience scheduling reactive and routine maintenance across an engineering team.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and oversee service, maintenance and breakdown issues.
• Lead the service team in scheduling preventative and reactive maintenance while ensuring high-quality customer service.
