Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Service Administrator in the United Kingdom to support its field service engineering team and ensure high standards of customer service in a production environment.

The role is full-time and permanent with a Monday to Friday day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM). Salary is £28,000 plus Company Benefits, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and health & safety compliance.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to oversee their field service engineering team.

The Role:

As a Service Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring technical support to the companies clientele, support with all service, maintenance and breakdown issues. You will lead the service team in scheduling of preventative and reactive maintenance, while providing industry leading customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A service, operations, planning or administration background within a engineering industry, ideally as a maintenance engineer within a production facility.
• Experience scheduling reactive and routine maintenance across an engineering team.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance.
