A leading IT services company in Belfast is looking for an individual to join their team as a 1st line support specialist. In this shift-based role, you will handle customer inquiries via multiple channels while maintaining service standards. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a GCSE level of education or equivalent, and the ability to work within a team. This position offers the chance to support clients through their digital transformation efforts.

This role is based in Belfast and involves working on a busy service desk, handling queries via phone, webchats, and other digital channels, while adhering to SLA and KPI standards.
This is a shift-based role: 12-hour shifts with a pattern of 3 days from 8am to 8pm, 3 days off, 3 nights from 8pm to 8am, followed by 3 days off.
You will support a key partner through their digital transformation, introducing new services and technologies as they modernize and innovate.
