Job summary

RGB in Basingstoke is recruiting a permanent Service Desk Administrator to join a developing team. You will manage day-to-day service desk administration, coordinate jobs and subcontractors, and maintain accurate records in a brand-new office environment.

The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. You will play a key part in building the operation from the ground up and supporting engineers and the wider service

Qualifications

• Experience in service desk administration or similar coordination roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate day-to-day service desk operations.
• Progress jobs from instruction through to completion.
• Book and coordinate subcontractor visits and liaise with suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Update and maintain accurate job records.
• Support engineers and the wider service team.
• Handle queries and provide timely updates.
• Carry out general service desk and coordination duties.
