Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join a fast-paced, customer-focused operations team. This temp-to-perm role supports customers from order placement through to successful delivery.

You will coordinate with customers, internal departments, warehouse operations, and logistics providers to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment and ongoing relationship management. The role features daytime hours and a clear progression plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service delivery, logistics or operations coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics processes to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate daily activities across multiple teams and track order progress.
• Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with warehouse and logistics partners.
• Assist with invoicing, quotations, and purchase orders as required.
• Support customer meetings and contribute to process improvements.
