Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team. You’ll be the central link between customers, internal departments, warehouse operations, and 3PLs, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time with exceptional service.

Key duties include coordinating across teams, handling order processing, shipping docs, quotations, POs, and invoicing support, while driving improvements and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, service delivery, logistics, or operations coordination role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside other business systems.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• A collaborative, positive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics, ensure orders fulfilled on time and to high standard.
• Coordinate daily activities across teams, monitor progress, resolve issues.
• Manage order processing, prepare shipping docs, coordinate with warehouse and 3PL.
• Support key customer accounts, raise quotations, manage purchase orders, assist invoicing.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, logistics to improve service.
• Support meetings, contribute to project delivery, help exceed service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor performance.
