Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator in Coleshill for a full-time, temp-to-perm role. You will act as the central point of coordination between customers, internal teams, warehouse operations and logistics providers to ensure orders move smoothly from placement to delivery.

The role emphasizes strong organisation, communication, and problem solving, with daytime hours 09:30–17:00 and a clear progression plan toward permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, service delivery, logistics, or operations coordination role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside other business systems.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• A collaborative, positive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Experience within telecommunications, technology, logistics, or a similar operational environment would be highly advantageous, although candidates from other service-led industries are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
• Coordinate daily activities across multiple teams, monitor order progress, resolve issues proactively, and keep customers informed.
• Manage order processing, prepare shipping documentation, coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners, track deliveries, and ensure inventory data accuracy.
• Support key customer accounts, raise quotations, manage purchase orders, and assist with invoicing processes when required.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and logistics to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
• Assist in monitoring logistics performance and producing reports for decision-making.
