Responsibilities

• Pre-call customers to confirm delivery date/time and instructions.
• Arrange/confirm delivery bookings and update internal systems.
• Escalate delivery concerns to Transport/Operations.
• Maintain accurate customer details and log all customer contact.
• Provide delivery updates and ETAs when required.
