Eneria is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to be the main point of contact for customers and engineers. You will plan workloads, deploy engineers, and ensure KPI data is accurately logged for reporting.

Key duties include handling customer queries, quotations, and estimates, coordinating engineer communications, and covering for colleagues during leave. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• PC literacy and good IT skills.
