Huntress - Leeds is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Engineer Scheduler to organise a busy team of field engineers. The role focuses on planning planned maintenance, service visits, remedial work and emergency call-outs while keeping engineers and customers informed.
The successful candidate will coordinate multiple engineers, manage diaries, respond to changes quickly, and maintain strong relationships with customers and engineers in a fast-paced environment.
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator / Engineer Scheduler to join a busy and well-established team. This is a key role within the Service Department, responsible for coordinating a team of field-based engineers and ensuring the right engineer is in the right place at the right time.
You will be responsible for planning and scheduling planned maintenance, service visits, remedial works and emergency call-outs, while keeping both engineers and customers fully informed.
The successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling or coordinating engineers, technicians, operatives or other mobile/field-based teams. You will be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable making decisions when plans change.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within an engineering, maintenance, construction, facilities, M&E or other technical service environment.
