Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Trade Counter Assistant or similar roles such as service coordinator/administrator/workshop scheduler.
• Full UK driving licence would be ideal.
• Experience managing engineer workloads and providing technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers' diaries and provide administrative support.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone or email and deliver excellent service.
• Promote and upsell products and parts to customers.
• Assist with stock movement (involving heavy lifting).
• Provide high quality customer service across all interactions.
