Job summary

Path Recruitment Ltd. based near Ampthill is recruiting for a Service Coordinator to support a busy team within the heavy equipment and construction sector. You will schedule engineers' diaries, handle customer enquiries by phone or email, and promote parts and products to customers, while managing sites and CRM records.

The role offers in-house training, career progression opportunities, and a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as service coordinator, controller, planner or administrator.
• Experience in busy, fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating engineers' diaries and providing admin support.
• Strong ability to handle customer enquiries by phone or email.
• Full UK driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers' diaries and provide administrative support.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone or email.
• Promote and upsell products/parts to customers.
• Provide account management for a portfolio of sites/customers.
• Keep paperwork and CRM logs up to date.
• Liaise with facility and construction site managers to support field activities.
• Follow up on quotes, create purchase orders and order parts.
