Huntress is recruiting an experienced Service Coordinator / Engineer Scheduler to join a busy team. You will schedule field-based engineers, plan maintenance visits and respond quickly to emergencies, ensuring efficient, well-coordinated service delivery.
The role requires strong planning, communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing plans. Office-based in Leeds with a full-time, permanent contract.
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator / Engineer Scheduler to join a busy and well-established team. This is a key role within the Service Department, responsible for coordinating a team of field-based engineers and ensuring the right engineer is in the right place at the right time.
The successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling or coordinating engineers, technicians, operatives or other mobile/field-based teams. You will be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable making decisions when plans change.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within an engineering, maintenance, construction, facilities, M&E or other technical service environment.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm | Friday 8:00am-3:30pm
