Currie Motors UK Ltd is looking for a Service Coordinator to support the daily operations of their workshop in Twickenham, England. The successful candidate will assist with job allocation, parts control, and customer communication, ensuring that technicians have all necessary resources for their tasks.

This role offers a salary of £29,000 plus commission, alongside benefits such as 30 days of holiday, a private health plan, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership or customer service environment is essential.
• Basic IT literacy and willingness to learn dealership management systems.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the workshop.

Job description

Salary : Basic £29,000 plus commission (OTE £31,000)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. Saturday rota participation required.

The Service Coordinator supports the efficient day-to-day operation of the workshop by assisting the Senior Service Co‑Ordinator with job allocation, parts control, workshop administration, customer communication, and vehicle health check follow‑up. The role is responsible for ensuring technicians have the correct parts, tyres, oils, and consumables available when required, maintaining accurate stock control processes, and supporting workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.
