Worthing-based automotive service advisor needed to join a leading retail network. You will manage the customer journey from drop-off to collection, provide updates, and upsell service plans, tyres and accessories to suit customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is essential.
• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (Keyloop/Kerridge, RTC, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer journey from initial vehicle drop-off through to final collection, providing regular status updates throughout the day
• Handling inbound and outbound communications regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and workshop bookings
• Identifying and upselling value-added products and services (such as service plans, tyres, and accessories) tailored to customer needs
• Collaborating with factory-trained technicians to explain repair requirements clearly to customers
• Utilizing Keyloop and RTC systems to manage daily workshop schedules and customer records efficiently
