Responsibilities

• Understand customer service needs and allocate resources to deliver an excellent experience.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout service/repair processes.
• Lead end-to-end repair process from need identification to closing work orders and invoices.
• Mentor engineers and manage performance via regular 1-2-1s.
