Confidential is seeking a Service Controller in the United Kingdom to coordinate field service engineers, schedule repairs and maintenance, and ensure customers receive an excellent level of service.

You will manage workloads, liaise with engineers and customers, and maintain service records to support timely job completion. The role offers a permanent position with development opportunities within a leading construction manufacturer.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Service Controller or similar role.
• Background in plant, construction, agricultural or HGV machinery preferred.
• Good IT skills and ability to work in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate field service engineers.
• Allocate breakdowns, servicing and repair jobs.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide updates.
• Monitor workloads and engineer availability.
• Raise job cards and maintain service records.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and parts departments.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
