You will support engineers, manage work orders from creation to closure, and liaise with customers to obtain PO numbers and keep them informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of work orders from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
• Support engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
• Assist with timesheet entry and ensure data accuracy in our systems.
• Resolve customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
