A leading facilities management company is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery through the Helpdesk function. Located in Burslem, England, this role requires strong organizational skills, confidence in customer interactions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will manage client requests, maintain facilities management systems, and support the delivery team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract offering opportunities for growth within a diverse and inclusive workplace.
