Hawk Hiring LTD seeks an experienced Service Advisor/Aftersales Consultant to join our busy workshop team in Sittingbourne. You will be the key link between customers and technicians—receiving vehicles, diagnosing service/repair requirements, and delivering timely updates with world-class customer support.

The role requires proven service-advisor experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to upsell while prioritising the customer’s needs. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor/Aftersales Executive in the motor industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
• Confidence in subtle upselling of service plans and maintenance products.
• Excellent organisational skills and computer literacy (Kerridge/Drive/Pinnacle experience advantageous).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles and diagnose service/repair requirements.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 basic per annum + realistic bonus structure (£32,000 – £36,000 OTE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, staggered shifts between 7:00 AM / 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM / 5:30 PM (plus rotaded Saturday mornings)

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Automotive Customer Specialist within the motor industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build customer trust and loyalty.
• Confidence in subtle upselling (service plans, maintenance products, accessories) by putting the customer's best interests first.
• Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy (experience with Kerridge / Drive / Pinnacle systems is advantageous).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
