Job summary

Prestige Brand in Brighton is seeking a Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to be the primary link between customers and workshop technicians, delivering exceptional service and clear repair updates on vehicle servicing and maintenance.

You will handle front-of-house duties, service plan management, and coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth payment processing and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• High level of organization with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (required for moving/handling customer and courtesy vehicles).
• Previous motor trade aftersales experience or retail customer service experience preferred (full manufacturer training is provided).

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000-£32,000 basic per annum (Realistic OTE up to £36,000+ with performance bonus)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM-1:00 PM (1 in 4 rotating shift schedule)
