Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Worthing is seeking a Service Advisor to join a prestige brand’s aftersales team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, logging repairs and appointments, and coordinating with the workshop while ensuring smooth payments and communications.

Qualifications

• Able to work 8:00–18:00 Mon-Fri and 8:00–13:00 Sat on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with customers regarding repairs and follow-ups.
• Log appointments, reservations and MOTs into the central database.
• Maintain clear communication with customers while their vehicle is in the workshop.
• Complete accurate job cards and manage courtesy cars.
• Collaborate with Sales to promote vehicle sales and support business goals.

What is in it for you:

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + OTE up to £36,000
• Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 1:00pm Saturday (1 in 4 rotation)

What you will be doing:

• Liaise directly with customers regarding ongoing repairs, outstanding work, and Service Plan follow-ups.
• Log all appointments, reservations, and MOTs accurately into the central database while building customer records.
• Maintain clear, continuous communication with customers while their vehicle is in the workshop, ensuring excellent service and handling payments smoothly.
• Complete accurate job cards, control the booking and allocation of courtesy cars, and resolve any complaints quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to promote new/used vehicle sales and support overall business goals.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Hove, Littlehampton, and Shoreham-by-Sea.
