Job summary

Privately-Owned Motor Retailer in Falmouth is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team. You will welcome customers, guide them through servicing and repairs, and keep them informed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

We value a positive, organised approach, strong communication, and a genuine passion for customer care. A full UK driving licence is required. A base salary up to £30,000 with OTE £37,600, 40-hour week, pension, training, and a supportive team.

• Previous customer service experience within a franchised motor dealership, quality independent garage or similar automotive environment.

Do you enjoy helping people and delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, professional SERVICE ADVISOR to join a successful Aftersales team representing one of the automotive industry’s most prestigious brands.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the department, guiding customers through servicing and repair visits, keeping them informed throughout and ensuring every experience is smooth, straightforward and enjoyable.

Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern between 8:00am and 6:00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
