Job summary

Hawk Hiring is recruiting a Service Advisor for a well-established premium dealership in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium experience by booking servicing, liaising with technicians and keeping customers informed throughout the day.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 with a monthly bonus, a Monday–Friday working week, Saturday mornings on a fair rota, a pension, free onsite parking and clear opportunities to progress

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, organised and positive attitude.

The Role
