Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in a professional manner.
• Liaise with workshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchases and invoicing ensuring customer and company interests are protected.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear solutions.
• Deal empathetically with dissatisfied customers and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle service histories.
• Upsell appropriate aftersales products and services where suitable.
• Keep customer database accurate and up-to-date.
