Arnold Clark Group in Kirkcaldy is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver a superb customer experience at our Peugeot/Mazda branch. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8am–5.30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm, and involves handling service and vehicle repair inquiries, liaising with the workshop, and maintaining accurate customer records.

You will upsell where appropriate and ensure the customer leaves with clear solutions.

Formación

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and IT systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy workshop environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all customer requirements for service and repairs efficiently.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchases and invoicing to protect financial interests.
• Inform customers of faults and provide clear and accurate solutions.
• Support dissatisfied customers with empathy and resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer vehicle records and service histories.
• Upsell relevant products and services where appropriate.
• Keep customer database updated.
