Job summary

Arnold Clark Group operates a Mercedes branch in Aberdeen and is seeking a Parts Advisor. You will help keep the workshop stocked with the right parts and inform customers about their vehicle journey, with comprehensive training provided.

No prior parts experience is required; successful candidates will receive systems training and join a supportive team focused on excellent customer service. Working hours are 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and keen to learn.
• Experience with stock management is helpful.
• Comfort using computers; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for a vehicle.
• Order, pick and pack parts.
• Update customers and liaise with workshop.
• Invoicing and stock control.
• Provide quick, accurate service to customers.
