Job summary

Silcom Recruitment's client in Petersfield is seeking a Service Advisor to be the friendly face at the front desk, handling service inquiries, invoicing, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires a customer-focused approach, with a preference for motor trade experience, but applicants from other sectors with strong service experience will be considered.

Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm, plus every other Saturday mornings paid as overtime; salary £28,000 rising to £30,000 with

The Role:

Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for handling inquiries, invoicing, and providing exceptional service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a valued client of ours based in Petersfield!

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of their front desk, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Previous experience in a service advisor role within the motor trade is highly desirable. However, our client is open to candidates with relevant customer service experience from other industries.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their service inquiries.
• Managing the service desk, handling all customer interactions professionally.
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £28,000, increasing to £30,000 with the inclusion of Saturday shifts.

Monday to Friday hours [8:00am – 5:30pm] + (1-in-2) Saturday mornings paid as overtime!!
