Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a Service Advisor for a welcoming, customer-focused role based in Oxted. You will greet clients face-to-face, on the phone, and by email, manage bookings and diary entries, and act as the liaison between technicians and customers. The position offers Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM with no weekend work.

What you will be doing:

• Customer Service: Greeting clients warmly face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
• Booking & Diary Management: Efficiently scheduling servicing, MOT tests, and repair work to keep the workshop flowing smoothly.
• Communication: Acting as the key liaison between technicians and customers, clearly explaining required repairs, estimates, and updates.
• Administration: Creating detailed job cards, processing invoices, and handling customer payments.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Oxted, making it an easy commute from Caterham, Westerham, Redhill, and Godstone.
