Job summary

Redhill Independent Garage seeks a friendly Service Advisor / Receptionist to be the face of the business, delivering excellent customer service in a relaxed workshop environment. You will handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries, manage the workshop diary for servicing and MOTs, and communicate repair needs clearly to customers and technicians.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends!)

What you will be doing:

• Customer Service: Welcoming customers warmly face-to-face, answering telephone calls, and managing email inquiries.
• Booking & Scheduling: Efficiently managing the workshop diary for routine servicing, MOT tests, and complex repair work.
• Communication: Liaising smoothly between vehicle technicians and customers to clearly explain necessary repairs and recommendations.
• Administration: Creating detailed job cards, processing invoices, and accurately handling customer payments.

This role is based in Redhill, making it an easy commute from Reigate, Nutfield, Horley, and Merstham.
