Job summary

Vertu Volvo Taunton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our well established dealership. You will act as the bridge between customers and the workshop to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

You will manage expectations, communicate throughout the service or repair, and upsell additional services while following up to confirm satisfaction. Automotive experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is essential.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop.
• Set customer expectations and keep in touch throughout service or repair.
• Upsell additional products and follow up with customers after the work is completed.
