Vertu Volvo Plymouth is seeking a Service Advisor to join our well established dealership. You will act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, setting expectations and helping ensure outstanding satisfaction for every visit.

The role involves communicating with customers throughout service or repair, upselling additional products where appropriate, and following up to guarantee they are happy with the work.

Formación

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred, but not essential.
• Customer facing service experience is essential.
• Strong customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.

Here at Vertu Volvo Plymouth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join our well established business.

We are offering a £32,315 basic salaryplus an excellent range of company benefits. You will work 44.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and there is no weekend working!

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

We are ideally looking for you to have previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, but this is not essential. Customer facing service experience is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
