Job summary

Vertu Volvo Plymouth is seeking a Service Advisor to join our well established dealership. You will act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, setting expectations and helping ensure outstanding satisfaction for every visit.

The role involves communicating with customers throughout service or repair, upselling additional products where appropriate, and following up to guarantee they are happy with the work.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred, but not essential.
• Customer facing service experience is essential.
• Strong customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout service or repair.
• Upsell additional products where appropriate.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work.
• Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop to drive satisfaction.
