Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a client, seeks an experienced Service Advisor for the Farnham area. The role offers a £34,000–£38,000 basic salary and a Monday to Friday 7:30am–5:30pm schedule in a permanent, full-time position.

You will be the main contact for customers, coordinate servicing and repairs, and liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely updates and accurate estimates. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience within the motor trade.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A professional and organised approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on servicing, maintenance and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing customer expectations.
• Liaising with technicians and the workshop team.
• Providing regular updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Preparing estimates and discussing additional work where appropriate.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service from booking through to vehicle collection.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring work is completed efficiently.

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity within the motor trade?

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in the Farnham area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong motor trade background who is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with a competitive basic salary and ongoing training.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicle servicing and repair requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.
