Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Advisor role in Greater Manchester. You will join a busy service team, welcoming customers, booking services, and providing progress updates.

You’ll allocate job cards and support the Service Manager to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least two years of motor trade experience and must be familiar with Kerridge or a similar system.

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a prestigious motor trade client of ours based in Greater Manchester, seeking to add a Service Advisor to their growing team. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards, and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Our client is looking for two years minimum motor trade experience as a Service Advisor which is crucial.

The successful candidate must have used Kerridge or a similar system.

The Package:

• £24,500 + £5,500 bonus; OTE of £30,000 plus– Depending on experience + Fantastic company benefits.
• Monday to Friday 8:30- 6:00 Saturday 8:00-1:00 on a rota of 1/3 weekends.
• One hour lunch
