Job summary

We are working with a main dealership in the Gravesend area who are seeking a Motor Vehicle Service Advisor. The role is based near Gravesend and offers an OTE of around £28k–£30k with Mon-Fri hours and a rotating Saturday pattern.

You will need strong customer service skills, excellent rapport, and the ability to drive great CSI results, with confidence in up-selling opportunities. Kerridge experience is desirable.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7.30am 6.30pm (Thursday to 7.00pm. Working on a shift pattern) / Saturday 8.00am-5.00pm rota 1 in 4

As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI results, along with being confident with up-sell opportunities.
