Sytner Luton is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing on servicing, updating customers, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely vehicle readiness.

Training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and BMW courses to support your career, with assignments that may include weekend work to sustain our high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background is beneficial in a busy workshop environment.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and progress with training provided by our Learning & Development team and BMW courses.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians around vehicle statuses to ensure timely readiness.
• Advise customers on products and services to meet their needs and expectations.
