Job summary

Sytner Wolverhampton is seeking a Service Advisor who will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, advising on servicing and updating customers at every stage. You will liaise with technicians to confirm vehicle status and ensure timely completion.

Training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development and BMW courses. We value excellent customer service, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a busy workshop environment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform customers about servicing and status updates.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Provide product and service recommendations.
