Job summary

Sytner BMW/MINI Sheffield is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to become the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep customers updated, and liaise with technicians to confirm statuses and on-time completion.

No prior experience is required; we provide in-house training and manufacturer courses. The role rewards strong organisational and customer service skills, with flexible patterns including weekends to support peak service levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at each stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control to confirm vehicle statuses and readiness.
• Provide advice on products and services to customers and build rapport.
