Sytner BMW/MINI Sheffield is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.

You will inform and consult on servicing, update customers at every stage, liaise with technicians, and ensure vehicles are ready on time. A willingness to learn with in-house training is offered by our dedicated Learning & Development team.

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service background in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn; in-house training provided by Sytner.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control to confirm vehicle status and ensure timely delivery.
