Job summary

Sytner Luton is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring clear communication on vehicle servicing and timely updates. You will build rapport, deliver excellent service, and advise on products and services while supporting a busy workshop environment.

Full-time role with weekend patterns; training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and BMW courses to support your career progression at Sytner.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn with training provided by in-house team and manufacturer courses.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing and keep them updated at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure vehicles are ready on time.
• Offer advice on Sytner products and services to customers.
