Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a well-established Liverpool dealership. The role offers a rewarding path in a busy, customer-focused environment within the automotive sector.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Service Advisor, strong communication skills, and be able to handle bookings, upsell where appropriate, and coordinate with the Aftersales team. A passion for cars and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with Kerridge, ADP or other dealer management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell parts and accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales for scheduling based on workload.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, online and face-to-face.
• Keep customers informed about turnaround times and service progress.
• Maintain accurate customer records and bookings in the system.
