Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in an automotive role, ideally as a Service Advisor or related position.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally.
• Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where applicable.
• Establish understanding and agreement with customers regarding work to be carried out.
• Explain work undertaken on vehicles in a clear manner ensuring full customer understanding and approval.
• Ensure all work and customer interactions comply with manufacturer standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and relevant systems at all times.
• Support the team with additional Customer Service tasks as needed.
