Job summary

Swansway Motor Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join our thriving aftersales team. You will be the face of our service department, delivering courteous, knowledgeable support to customers at the dealership.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership.
Flexible team player with ability to support aftersales during busy periods.

Responsibilities

Provide informed, responsive service to customers via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Meet and greet customers, qualify work, identify additional needs during drop-off.
Seek improvements in aftersales and relay feedback to management.
Book workshop tasks accurately and maintain effective communication.
Provide timely repair updates and obtain authorisation for extra work.
